A sharper and heavier variant of the KLINGE Velo-Saw. Penny, the proprietor of a Port Nixon delicatessen and supplier of various prime meats throughout Jericho City, used this model to bone and joint the poor unfortunates who fell into her trap.

Notes and Tips
- This weapon is effectively a variant of the KLINGE Velo-Saw, dealing 6 more raw damage at MK. I, and providing an additional 10% energy gain. However, this comes at the cost of 5% more stamina consumption.
