Once inside the CREO Institute Of Technology, talk to H.A.R.O.L.D. He will tell you can now meet with Jonah Guttenberg. Go past the door at the end of the room and you will reach an elevator. Activate the interaction button to go down to the laboratory.

You will reach a big closed area. There is a chest with 2x Large Cache of Advanced Tech inside. Talk to the Jonah Guttenberg and give him the Nano Brain. He will provide you with Guttenberg’s Keycard.

Go back to CREO Institute of Technology main lobby and talk to H.A.R.O.L.D. Go back to the Cloud 9 Bar, use the elevator door located at the right and you’ll eventually reach Gideon’s Plaza.

As soon as you arrive you’ll find H.A.R.O.L.D. and see a Medbay and audiolog Nano Research Log.

Jump down and fight Brother Eli Revived. And 2x Twin-Rigged Spark Aspirants

Brother Eli Revived

Brother Eli use attack patterns similar to the first fight. The difference is that he can now use Nanite Attack too. Try to deal with the Twin-Rigged Spark Aspirant first and then deal with Eli. Focus on directional block and try to avoid his nanites attacks

• 8.000 Tech Scrap
• Critical Oxygenator
• Alternate Kill reward: Dark Prophecy Set parts (depending on limb)

Once Eli's defeated, go through the door and go down to the laboratory. Talk to Jonah Guttenberg and he will provide you with the Lifter Hook. You can use this hook to go up the Exo Lines.

Go Back to the main hall and use the Exo-Line.If you go left, you can find 1x Large Pile of Metal Scrap. Go to the main door and head to Gideon's Rock.

Underground

When you arrive, you’ll see Eli’s Rampage and a chest will appear with 1x Large Pile of Metal Scrap. There is a Medbay to your left.

Keep going and fight 1x Heavy Chrysalis and 1x Spark Engineer. Go up using the Exo-Line and kill 1x Twin-Rigged Spark Aspirant. Go up once again using the Exo-Line. You can find 1x Emergency Reserve Injection implant. Keep going and fight 1x Heavy Chrysalis. You can find 1x Auto-Healing Dynamo to your left. Keep going and you’ll reach CREO Institute of Technology Basement.

Fight with 1x Fanatic Spark Lancer and 1x Electro Beam Spark Galvanizer. Head down and enter the CREO institute of Technology.

Keep going until you see a big Helicopter. Drop and go inside, note that once you drop down you cannot go back up. You’ll find a chest with the schematics for Eagle Body Gear and a Medbay.

There are some containers outside, you can find the schematics for Eagle Head Gear inside the one in the middle. There is also 2x Bloodied Proteus (cut its arms to obtain Codename:Valkyrie). Keep exploring the surrounding area and you can find the Eagle Arms Gear and Eagle Legs Gear.

Once you are done, open the gate and you’ll see H.A.R.O.L.D. on the other side. The boss fight PROTEUS Ambush will begin where you have to fight 4x PROTEUS. You can perform a killing blow on a different body part of each to get the whole set. You can also obtain Codename: Parsifal by cutting one of their arms.

After you defeat the PROTEUS, you’ll be able to see “Graduation” sequence and the audiolog Guttenberg’s legacy will appear. Interact with the nanite beast brain and you’ll obtain quest item “Charged Nano Absorption”. From now on you can destroy nanite barriers by performing a charged attack on them.

Break the Nanite Barrier using a charged attack and take the elevator. Beware of 2x Bloodied Proteus , on NG+ there will be 2x Technogenesis enemies instead, will appear. The elevator door will not open until all enemies are defeated.

Go to the C.I.T. Main Lobby and a Boss Fight will begin:

H.A.R.O.L.D. Boss

It behaves in similar way as the A.I.D. Hound. The battlefield is not so big so try to focus on directional block. If you perform a finishing blow on his tail you'll get the alternate drop and his attacks will be more limited.

H.A.R.O.L.D. Boss Rewards

• Tactile Amplifier
• Alternate Kill reward: H.A.R.O.L.D.'s Holographic Tailblade

Destroy the nanite barrier with a charged attack. You’ll see a message from Athena and the quest “To The Rescue” will be updated. Go left to find 1x Large Pile of metal Scrap. At the end of the corridor you’ll find a nanite barrier that you can brake to access a chest. Inside the chest you’ll find 1x Large Pile of Metal Scrap. When you go back 2x Bloodied Proteus will attack you.

Go to the other side of the building and destroy the other nanite barrier to access the Medbay located at C.I.T. Go outside to reach Gideon's Rock and head toward the Cloud 9 Bar.

Just before the transition to Cloud 9 Bar, you can pick up a Blue Nanite Infested Audiolog & begin the optional Metamorphosis side quest (it takes place fully in Gideon's Rock & can be finished during this visit. See the quest page for details). After finishing or ignoring the Metamorphosis quest, transition to Cloud 9 Part 3 to continue the main story.
