Cloud 9 Bar

Once you enter the Hotel you'll meet with Mason. He is in charge of the security of the party at Cloud 9 Bar.

Go inside the Cloud 9 Bar and you'll see a circular area with lots of people dancing around a DJ located at the center. You can dance in by pressing the interaction button on the designated areas. To your left you can find a Medbay and on the back there is a chest with 1x Large Pile of Metal Scrap

NPCS:

• Yoko Kadenokouji: You can find her next to the stairs on the entrance. She is the sister of Dan Kadenokouji's and became famous by dating Don Hackett. She will ask you for a drink before speaking to you. Go to the Bar and ask Highball for a Sparkletini. After giving her the drink she will give you the quest Carnal Pleasures. You should already have Prime Meat. Speak to her again and giver her the meat, she will reward you with 5x Large Pile of Metal Scrap.

 

• Dan Kadenokouji: You can find him sitting on a bench behind the DJ area. He is Yoko Kadenokouji's brother and works as a contractor for the A.I.D. He will give you the quest Fool's Errand.

• Kyle Baxter: A former movie actor, he used to play the role of Iron Maus (A Hero who defended the defenseless) but got replaced by an A.I. He won't give you a quest for the time being but he will when you come back later in the game.

• DJ Talla: The DJ in charge of the party. When you talk to him, give him the password "Keymaker" and he will tell you that he works for the resistance. He will give you the quest "Tag Attack" where he gives you a Graffiti Tag and asks you to paint it on each City part (Downtown Jericho City, Underground, Port Nixon, Gideon's Rock, A.I.D. Command and Cathedral of the Spark)

• Gerard: A quiet guy that seems to be always pointing the bad side of things.

• Highball: The Bartender of the Party. He provides Merchant services and will give you the quest Golden Opportunity where you have to collect and craft all GAIA Set armor pieces for him.

• H.A.R.O.L.D.: An A.I. programmed by Jonah Guttenberg to be his right hand. He will give you the quest The Grand Prize.

Once you are done talking to all NPCs, head to Gideon's Rock using the door located next to H.A.R.O.L.D.

Full Cloud 9 Bar Walkthrough

 Once inside talk to Kyle Baxter, he will give you the quest The Incredible Iron Maus.

You'll also find a new NPC called Officer Klein. She will give you the quest Gone Missing.

You can also use the opportunity to finish the quests The Grand Prize and Fool's Errand. You will also have access to the Exo-Tube network. You can access the network using the Lifter Hook and fast-travel to some already visited places.

Once you are done, head back to Downtown Jericho City.

Full Cloud 9 Bar Walkthrough

Once you enter the Cloud 9 Bar you'll see Manson crying on the floor next to Gerard's body. He will tell you that Eli killed him. Talk to the NPCs:

• DJ TALLA: You can now finish the quest Tag Attack, and he will reward you with MG Strigil.

• Officer Klein: Talk to her to finish the quest Gone Missing.

Once you are done, head outside back to Downtown Jericho City.
