As of now, RS3 Titan has a bugged amount of Impact of 280 (instead of 28) on both XBox One and PS4 which makes it a 1-hit-stun-lock weapon against every enemies that aren't giant bosses. It's possible to stun-lock any humanoid enemies (like Brother Eli) simply by using the horizontal attack combo.
