In-game description
TheMG Ignis was created as a result of feedback from MG Caldarium users, equipped with greater length that reduces incidental molten-metal injuries by more then 70%. Its high-heat cutting power is undiminished, however.
Where to find MG Ignis
- Available with the Public Enemy Weapon Pack DLC
- Wielded by scavenger in A.I.D. Command, on bottom floor of the building between Oaktree Apartments and A.I.D. Central Command, under a set of stairs (Before beating Shields)
- Robot-Dog patrolling 10-20meter away of it.
- Really close of a big white grafitti (not the one from the game feature, more like IRL) with an emoticone wearing a red hat in middle of it.
- The enemy is in a really tiny little room under the set of stairs, in a building completely destroyed. His also accompanied with a friend and his "ENDAS R53 TITAN". Both are really weak and nearly unarmored so take a weapon you dont leveled up and with great energy gain or store some battery before. or use your drone to cut his arm without any trouble.
- Without the view from inventory, in game playing and wielded by this enemy in this tiny dark room, the MG Ignis Staff look really similar to the Spear "Gaia Lancer" with the effect of fire

This thing is nutty. I believe it's the fastest staff. High energy gain, 114% attack speed when maxxed out, decently high physical damage, and flame isn't amazing s a status but is a nice bonus vs. some tankier enemies. It feels SO much faster than the 100% attack speed staves.
Only downside is low impact which you can compensate for in other ways. With 50 Impact using this thing, I wasn't lacking the ability to CC any enemy that I was able to with the higher impact staves like Delver 2.0.
