Reinforced Gouger is one of the Spears Weapons in The Surge 2. Reinforced Gouger deals 100 raw damage and has 11 impact. It provides 105% attack speed, +30% energy gain and consumes 85% stamina. Weapons can be found from Enemies and/or Bosses, and can be found inside Chests.
This reinforced version of a Salvaged Gouger is not only stronger and longer lasting, it also has an improved grip that could even safely be used bare-handed (having bare hands in battle is not recommended)
Where to find Reinforced Gouger
- Reinforced Gouger can be found at A.I.D. Command by performing a finishing blow on an Infected Scavenger's (Woman) arms

The guide is misleading, i missed the weapon because it say "infected scavenger" so i thought i had to wait till after ezra, but no, turns out it drops from the trash mobs in front of cloud 9...so thanks for nothing i guess
