SCARAB Set is a Set in The Surge 2. SCARAB Set is composed of 6 different Gear parts that provide additional bonuses when equipped together. SCARAB Set provides a Partial Bonus with 3 pieces equipped that grants: "Increases defense while 3 or more batteries are filled, and increases defense more while 5 or more batteries are filled", and provides a Full Bonus with 6 pieces equipped that grants: "Reduce the duration of received poison affliction, nano affliction, burning, and electrical stun effects".

 

SCARAB was developed by Vestorson Industrial Sciences under contract to CREO. Vestorson designed and manufactored the reliable SCARAB line, but its promising testing trials were cut short by the ill-timed disaster at CREO.

Where to find SCARAB Set

SCARAB Set parts must be crafted individually. You need to find enemies that are using the piece of Gear you want and cut off that limb in order to acquire the schematics. You can learn more in crafting.

      So this seems to be the best set for taking on Ezra Shields. The physical resist and fire resist are good and the set bonus really helps if you do get scorched.

      overall though its not very good i feel, as you will very quickly be getting better armor after Ezra.

      one final oddity "reducing the duration" of nano infliction is worthless as its literally instant damage once the meter fills.
