Anonymouswhat the dev team doesnt quite grasp is slow hitting weapons that deal small amounts of bonus elemental build up damage are worthless. a fast weapon will actually trigger the element reliably and not have horrible damage AND recovery.
the surge is getting better as a series but still has some ways to go, but i like it a lot
