Eli knows that such actions are regrettable but necessary, as many of the most zealous Children only joined the Spark after Eli shattered their bones and ordered them rebuilt - body and soul - in the halls of the sacred Cathedral

Can't help but think that the name is indicative of it's original owner's true nature.
Hammer kinda sucks but I made it my goal to kill every SPARK enemy I could with one of the symbols of their faith. Serve's em right for using me to fight the worst boss in the entire game and then trying to kill me and take credit for it.
