• Can also be found in the A.I.D overlook that's right above a container truck in Downtown Jericho City in the AID road fortifications area just past the double security gate where you encounter your first A.I.D. Hound. To get in you need to go around as if you were on your way to Gateway Bravo and look for the concrete stairs and go up them and just drop though the opening in the roof of that A.I.D. overlook.
