Anonymousthe easy way to get this for sure is just smash up the left arm with your diode laser drone. i got all three hardcore kill items at ounce.
its pretty worthless but fun and at least doesnt use Ammo (or maybe energy from what i can tell)

I broke the left arm but it did not drop. Am i not supposed to chop of the right arm also?
