- The Biggest Bang can be found at the VBS Krakow. After you complete the quest The Outsider Proto will contact you to visit him at the Drive-In. Watch movies with him, and he will eventually give you The Biggest Bang.

I ended up getting this from doing the arena fights a ton, I think until he asked if I wanted a break for the 5th time. I quit on the first break, after looking it up to see I get nothing from doing more waves than the achievement requires.
