Scavenger's Leg Gear is one of the Legs Gear Armor in The Surge 2. Scavenger's Leg Gear provides 10 defense, 50 stability and consumes 3 Core Power. Armor can be crafted by obtaining schematics from Enemies. You can learn more on the Crafting page.
This bootleg lower body protection was designed for basic survival in quarantined Jericho City. Cobbled together from found and stolen parts (some still a bit bloody), it nevertheless attaches well to any Exo-Rig and provides some light protection and increased physical capacity.
