No way of obtaining it if you choose any other dialogue option. Terrible game design...
Alright bros here's an important note. When you first talk to Jenny absolutely make sure you ask her for a reward. If not you can be locked out of a magno lift

The fact that you have to specifically ask for a reward after saving her from being butchered and fed to the townsfolk makes Jenny a far worse human being than penny. At least ol John Wayne penny was feeding people... people but you know, semantics.
