When you enter the room you'll be attacked by 4x Proteus. Try to focus on 1 at a time dealing some damage and then running off and repeating the operation until there are only 2. You can then handle it like a normal fight.Hardcore Kill method

AnonymousThey don't seem to activate as a fight at all if you kill delver and bring brain with you the first time you enter.

Upon entering the room you can just hug the left wall, go upstairs, grab Nano Brain, go down the next set of stairs while hugging the wall again and you won't have to fight them

This isn't a boss. There's no boss health bar, it's just an enemy ambush...
