The GAIA face plate can be cut from the first GAIA statues that you see, a combination of the electricity from the Peacekeeper staff and the drone module EMP-44 starfish can shock/stun them enough to get them onto one knee, then you can beat their heads in until you get the cut. I found it very difficult just using the staff by itself.
Gave him all the armor, quest never uodated, never got the rewards, and ge gas since been replaced by lowball and cannot acquire the rewards. Any way to fix this or will injust have to wait for NG+?
This video shows you earning two rewards: 1) an implant & 2) gotterdamerung, the quest also updates automatically upon turn-in. However, in my game I had to speak to him again after giving him the armor before the quest would update. The only thing I can think might be causing this may be Private Practice, and cheering the doctor on after giving him the boosted drone.
Guess I'll just try again in NG+!
I gave Highball his armor, left the hub, came back, found Lowball in his place, didn't get Codename: Gotterdammerung. Did I screw up?
