The Sacred Spark is a Quest in The Surge 2. The Sacred Spark can be acquired from Jonah Guttenberg at CREO Institute of Technology. Quests can be obtained throughout the game by some events or various NPCs.

If you can steal the "Spark" from the old power plant at Port Nixon, Guttenberg might be able to pull Athena out of the Swarm, and by maybe even defeat the nanite threat.
