The Three Towers is a Quest in The Surge 2. It can be acquired from Hawke at Gideon's Rock. Quests can be obtained throughout the game by some events or various NPCs.

 

There are three repeller towers scattered around Gideon's Rock. If you can activate all three, you should be able to trap the giant creature.
